Build one of the most memorable aircraft from Castle in the Sky with this highly detailed Tiger Moth Etching Model Kit.

Designed for aircraft enthusiasts and Studio Ghibli collectors, this miniature model recreates Dola’s Tiger Moth airshipusing finely etched brass components. The thin brass pieces are carefully removed from the sheet, fitted together and gently bent into shape to create an intricate three-dimensional model.

Once completed, the Tiger Moth can be displayed inside the included acrylic display case, which features a sky-themed base to create the impression of the airship flying through the clouds.

This is a self-assembly model kit and is not supplied as a completed model. The small and delicate components require patience and careful construction, making it particularly rewarding for experienced hobbyists and model-making fans.

Required Tools

Small cutter or nippers suitable for etching parts, tweezers, needle-nose pliers, awl, low-bloom instant adhesive, small metal file and approximately 1000-grit sandpaper.
