All international orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Choose the shipping option that best suits you at checkout.
Standard International Shipping
For parcels up to 2kg and 25 × 25 × 25 cm, our current international shipping rates are:

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days -
European Union Zone – £15
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Shipping availability is based on the destination country and the available options will be shown at checkout.
For larger or heavier orders, we may contact you before dispatch if additional shipping charges are required.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or delays within the destination country.
Arrange Your Own Shipping
If you prefer to arrange your own international shipping, select:

This option is free at checkout because shipping is not included in your order.
Once your order has been packed, GHIBEE will email you the final parcel weight and dimensions. You can then purchase a suitable shipping label from your preferred courier and email the label to hello@ghibee.com.

Customs & Import Charges

For self-arranged shipping, we strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured service. GHIBEE cannot be responsible for the performance or insurance coverage of a courier service selected directly by the customer.
