Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Suitable for resale
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5 working days after the return has been approved.
Due to the collectible nature of many products, opened blind boxes, mystery items, and sealed items that have been opened may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
